My experience at Metro was a pleasant experience. The salesman was Gary Capper and he was very nice with no pressure on me to buy. He had the vehicle ready for my wife and me to test drive. Also, I initi salesman was Gary Capper and he was very nice with no pressure on me to buy. He had the vehicle ready for my wife and me to test drive. Also, I initially was going to have a trade in but at the last minute I changed my mind which resulted in Gary having to redo the paperwork. I would also like to thank Ryan Schneider who I had to see in finance to wrap up the paperwork. Ryan was not pushy in promoting side products and was very easy to talk to. In addition, both Gary and he had me in and out of Metro in about an hour. Refreshing considering there have been stories of customers waiting hours to complete a sale. Finally, the price paid for the vehicle and the offer for the trade in were both in line with such publications as Kelley Blue Book, Edmunds, Consumer Reports, etc. In summary, I would say my experience was a positive one. One side note however, The vehicle did not come with an owners manual. While the manual is online it is roughly 672 pages. An owners manual would be nice to have given the complexity of cars now. I did attempt to get one and Gary said he would try and get one, but I have yet to receive one. More
