I purchased my first Toyota in 2006. Over the course of my ownership, Victory Toyota (formerly Metro) has performed all the services on my vehicle. This past week was no exception; I brought the car in for diagnostic evaluation of an issue that developed; Tony, my service rep, discovered a problem that was too costly to repair on a car of this age. I have researched leasing vs ownership and decided to lease a vehicle at this time. Ryan, the sales manager, Grant my product specialist and Justin, my finance manager helped me navigate through the process with ease. In about 4 hours, I drove home in a new vehicle. My experience with Victory Toyota has been outstanding. I look forward to continuing this relationship in the years ahead. More

Call a customer by their name or last name example .. 2nd point - If a customer is factually wrong - ask them HOW they arrived at their conclusion and if it is factually wrong, ask them if they would be interested in reviewing the factually correct information... do not say.."Hey Buddy, You can believe whatever you want".....that will get some customers really bent out of shape.. hope these two coaching points make it to the team....
