This past week was no exception; I brought the car in for diagnostic evaluation of an issue that developed; Tony, my service rep, discovered a problem that was too costly to repair on a car of this age. I have researched leasing vs ownership and decided to lease a vehicle at this time. Ryan, the sales manager, Grant my product specialist and Justin, my finance manager helped me navigate through the process with ease. In about 4 hours, I drove home in a new vehicle. My experience with Victory Toyota has been outstanding. I look forward to continuing this relationship in the years ahead. More

Call a customer by their name or last name example .. 2nd point - If a customer is factually wrong - ask them HOW they arrived at their conclusion and if it is factually wrong, ask them if they would be interested in reviewing the factually correct information... do not say.."Hey Buddy, You can believe whatever you want".....that will get some customers really bent out of shape.. hope these two coaching points make it to the team.... I was very disappointed with the management they tried to force me to buy Gap insurance. I have a credit score of 861 and they still gave me a high interest rate. When it was Metro my family bought 3 cars fr force me to buy Gap insurance. I have a credit score of 861 and they still gave me a high interest rate. After going to two other Toyota dealerships, I hit the jackpot at Victory. Chad Higgins located the exact car and trim I was looking for. The other dealers were trying to sell me models and trims that weren't even close to what I was looking for since they didn't want to put in the effort or time to do the on-line search. The car arrived in less than a week. When I went to pick up the car, Josh Watkins spent more than a couple of hours with me going over all details of the car in addition to demonstrating the primary features on the highway and local city driving suggestions. He was very knowledgeable and passionate with his presentation. In all my years buying new cars, I have never had anyone spend that amount of time and effort in making my buying experience a pleasure. More
There is so much to learn about the Prius Prime that I wish more items inside the car could have been demonstrated. It turned dark on our test drive and I didn’t know how to adjust the mirrors or put the wish more items inside the car could have been demonstrated. And I wish the extra charges they proposed could have been presented before I arrived to pick up the car. A brochure explaining the buying process and extra steps would have been nice.
