I've been a customer of Metro Toyota since 2000, when I bought my Celica. Great sales department that isn't pushy or trying to rush you out the door for the next customer. Undervalued my trade and then proceeded to list it for $2,000.00 more than they told me it was worth. There was snow inside the vehicle when I got to the dealership to pick up the car. I had a set app $2,000.00 more than they told me it was worth. There was snow inside the vehicle when I got to the dealership to pick up the car. I had a set appointment and filled out all information for financing in advance and was still there for almost 4 hours. Not necessarily the dealer’s fault but I only received one key fob for the vehicle and am still waiting on the second almost a month later. When I left the dealership, I had to stop and go back because they forgot to transfer my license plates. When I went to leave the second time I noticed the fuel light in my brand new car was on and I had to fill my tank with gas before I could even make it home. Sales manager called a few days later and said they’d make it up to me and then never followed through. My wife and I have had good experiences with this dealer in the past which was why we chose them but after this zero star experience, never again. More
