Oil change and tire rotation on my 10,000 mile Corolla $130 on that same day at ford dealership the same maintenance on my 10,000 Bronco 2.7 $79. I watched service writer debate with elderly lady about not to get her oil changed and she drive 1 hour 1 way to get to dealer. It’s the customer’s time, money, and vehicle. Then the service writer tried to do the same with me. Beyond disrespectful. Just do the maintenance I requested. Way over priced and disrespectful to customers. You want to talk people out of oil changes but UP charge old people and women on $100 cabin filter replacements. Shameful behavior More

I’ve been a loyal customer of this dealership for fifteen years and of the Toyota one in Beckley for many before that and always believed that I was treated fairly until now. Therefore, I applied for and received a loan from my bank to purchase the vehicle, a 2022 RAV4, one of several models you were interested in as trade-ins, incidentally. Doing it in this manner requires me to do all the work involved with transferring the title and license and paying the taxes, of course, so I am not having a pleasant experience and I’m sure I’ll remember it. All of this is occurring because of a difference of about a percent and a half rate of interest. More
When I made the appointment, the person who scheduled me assured me that I was still covered under Toyota Care. When I arrived, I was told that was not the case. I understood the mistake and asked them to s assured me that I was still covered under Toyota Care. When I arrived, I was told that was not the case. I understood the mistake and asked them to still complete the oil change and tire rotation. I was then told that my tires could not be rotated because of wear. I have had my tires looked at since by another mechanic who said this is absolutely not the case and my tires have 10,000 more miles of use. I was given 2 estimates for tires that were over $1000, tires that I do not need. I was charged over $90 for an oil change and after reviewing the invoice, am still not clear what I paid for. The service department also tried to upsell me 2 filters (one I ordered online for $12 and replaced myself), costing over $50 each. I was also told I needed a throttle body service. Again, after checking with another mechanic, this is not the case. I will never return to this dealership again. My husband is in the market for a new automobile, and we will not give this dealership any of our business. I feel I was treated as though I wouldn't know better because I am female. Had my husband brought in my vehicle, I feel confident that the tires would have been rotated. The attendant who worked with me spoke to me as though I were from a foreign land and might not understand him. I have a doctorate--I can assure you I knew exactly what he was saying, and his tone conveyed it. More
