I watched service writer debate with elderly lady about not to get her oil changed and she drive 1 hour 1 way to get to dealer. It’s the customer’s time, money, and vehicle. Then the service writer tried to do the same with me. Beyond disrespectful. Just do the maintenance I requested. Way over priced and disrespectful to customers. You want to talk people out of oil changes but UP charge old people and women on $100 cabin filter replacements. Shameful behavior More

I’ve been a loyal customer of this dealership for fifteen years and of the Toyota one in Beckley for many before that and always believed that I was treated fairly until now. Therefore, I applied for and received a loan from my bank to purchase the vehicle, a 2022 RAV4, one of several models you were interested in as trade-ins, incidentally. Doing it in this manner requires me to do all the work involved with transferring the title and license and paying the taxes, of course, so I am not having a pleasant experience and I’m sure I’ll remember it.
