Absolutely terrible customer service. I drove 4 hours to purchase a new Tundra and they knew I was using an employee discount/confirmed I could use it. I’ve tried this dealership twice. The first time I, a woman, went by myself. They wanted to give me 10k less for my car than any other dealerships and claimed it was because they ask The first time I, a woman, went by myself. They wanted to give me 10k less for my car than any other dealerships and claimed it was because they ask MSRP. No. They tried pushing and saying well I can’t hold the car for you. Yes, I understand and I will not be purchasing when you didn’t even offer a test drive. The “appraisal” of my car took approximately 2 minutes. While waiting for them to come back to me with numbers a group of several salesman were talking in the lobby rudely about customers, calling them “crackheads” among other things. Definitely not talk to have in front of a potential customer. Several months later I went with my husband, who they only addressed when talking. He’s not the one buying the car and quite frankly I know more about the purchase than he does. The car we wanted wasn’t available, but they didn’t ask if we were open to anything else or offer to appraise my car. I would’ve been open to looking at other vehicles, but their aggressive attitude turned myself and my husband off, so we left. Never will visit their lot again, which I’m sure they don’t care. More

From emails, to phone calls, to taking his time showing me each of the different vehicles I was interested in, to taking the time to personally show me how to work each new feature in my car. He has since followed up with me via phone and email to see if i needed anything or had any questions. I have had good car buying experiences in the past, as well as some very bad ones. This is by far my best experience yet, Thank you Matt Dunkle, and Advantage Toyota for making me such a happy customer! I love my new Rav4!! More
I have traded with this dealershp for over 25 years and have always had a good experience. As a woman I expected to be treated as if I knew nothing about cars but this didn't happen. Matt Turley has sold at least 5 new cars to me and it has always be a pleasant experience, not like the "dreaded" visit to the dealership. When I was looking for a new truck, I submitted a quote request on the Toyota web site for several dealerships within reasonable distance because my time is very important. Matt Dunkle at Advantage Toyota request on the Toyota web site for several dealerships within reasonable distance because my time is very important. Matt Dunkle at Advantage Toyota responded quickly and gave me exactly what I asked for. The others gave me what they thought I wanted. They either told me of other vehicles they may have in the future or wanted to schedule an appointment. If I wanted an appointment then I would have asked for one! If someone asks you a direct question, then you give them a direct answer. Matt did just that. The others wanted to play “the game”. When I arrived Matt met me at the door and made me feel like a VIP. He was very polite and not condescending as in most cases when you go to a car dealer. He took the time to answer all my questions concerning the Toyota because this was the first time I had purchased anything other than a Ford. They made me an offer that I couldn’t refuse on my trade-in, much more than I had expected. In the end, I left the dealership with a new Tundra. My overall experience was a “10” and I will go back for another Toyota in the future. Thanks Matt. As far as the Service Department is concerned, I have not had the opportunity to visit but I have talked with Chris Brunetti. Being a hands on kind of guy, I had a maintenance question that was technical in nature and out of the ordinary. Like I said, this is my first Toyota and I’m not totally familiar with the engineering philosophy. When Chris answered the phone, I was under the truck. We had a good laugh about that and he answered my questions in detail. Chris was very friendly, polite, and also took the time to make sure that I was satisfied. Thank you Chris. The first purchase we made was in 2010 on an 09 camry (used) the certified warranty that comes with certain used vehicles is exceptional and unheard of with a used vehicle. One month later we returned to purchase a new Tundra for my husband. Then this year we returned again to trade the camry in on a 2011 4 Runner. The trade in process was quick and they gave us great trade in value. With this said we will continue to shop for our family vehicles at Advantage Toyota. The Toyota product continues to impress us and you can't beat the value. Advantage service dept. has serviced our vehicles from day 1 and they are wonderful to work with and do a professional job. But our number one reason for returning has been our sales professional, Charlie Thompson!! He is helpful, knowledgeable and treats us with such respect and has always provided us the best deal.
