I have a story to tell..... I went to Victory Subaru in December, causally looking at cars in the showroom. Previous to my visit, I did research on a Subaru Impreza and was eager to know more about the car. With my short stature, I was greeted by a tall gentleman by the name of Steve. On this day, I explained that I recently got engaged and looking to improve my credit by owning my own car. At that moment, I leased (under my mom’s name) ’15 Nissan Altima and my contract was set to be up in a year. He gave me all the basic information about the car but also expressed that I was not ready to make the switch just yet. I looked at this opportunity to look at different cars at different dealership. Since my first interaction with Steve at Victory Subaru, I’ve made visits to Nissan, Mitsubishi, Honda & Toyota. Nothing appealed me like the way the Impreza did in December. But as a negotiating tactic, I told him I was looking at cars but he assured me to go look at those cars but I will be back here at this dealership talking about the Impreza. Of course, I laughed at his confidence and went to the other dealerships. But he was right - nothing appealed me like the way the Impreza did in December. I went back to Victory in February and ask Steve. In shock, he remembered everything we talked about. I wanted this Impreza, he knows I wanted the Impreza. So we discuss to get the Impreza. Not once, he pressured me. Not once he gave me an alternative that would not benefit me. He even shared his life story about how he was in the same situation as I am. I liked me because he didn’t treat me as a customer, he treated me like FAMILY. Still counting pennies on my end to ask sign on the bottom line, he ask me to put a small deposit so the car wouldn’t be sold to anyone – which I did. After a whole weekend of talking to my fiance, my mom, my uncle and couple of random strangers, I decided to go with the car. This was on Monday and every mile I’ve put on the Impreza, I have not regretted it. More

The service I received at Victory Subaru was quite exceptional. There was little to no wait to see a sales associate. Once I met my sales associate, Rachid, I knew I was in the right place. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Rachid listened to all of my requests and created the perfect deal for me. As a result I drove out of there in a 2018 Subaru Forester.
