Signed my first lease for a 2022 Crosstrek with Konstantin. I visited 5-6 other car dealers in the area; they all played games using 'supply chain premiums'. Also received great service from Sal in Management/Finance. He patiently walked through everything and answered all my questions during the P/U + signing process. I bought a WRX STI and traded a Subaru BRZ for it about a year and a half ago. Bilal was my salesman and to be honest it was a "pleasant" experience. A word rarely used in a car dealership. Victory Subaru is the single best car dealership hands down. From the sales team to the service team everyone there is so friendly and awesome! I have leased 2 cars from here, ended up buying my secon down. From the sales team to the service team everyone there is so friendly and awesome! I have leased 2 cars from here, ended up buying my second lease here, got my mom to come here and lease a car here, and now just bought a used car from here with my boyfriend! I check out other places each time because I am thorough but this always ends up being the best choice. Chris Sisco is THE BEST. Ask for him when you go here! He is knowledgeable, friendly, and always available to help when you have questions. You can really tell he loves his work. I've had some awful experiences at other dealerships in the past as a single female because of prejudice and disrespect - but here at victory subaru it is a completely different experience! Chris and the team are transparent about everything & always hook us up with a better deal than we can get anywhere else. It is really nice to get a car from people you can trust and you know appreciate you. Also I love the service team here! They are so nice and keep you updated the whole time over text. It's so easy to get work done on your car and if it's gonna take a while they let you use a loaner so you can continue on with your day in the meantime. So yeah, I highly recommend you come here :) More

A+ buying experience! Scott promptly answered my questions on the phone, followed-up via email and set a friendly tone before my in-person appt. Chris made the rest of the process a breeze! Single woman walking into a dealership can seem quite a daunting task, but Chris put me right at ease with his professionalism. He took his time to review the Outback, patiently answered my questions and didn't rush my decision (but also did not drag this out any longer than needed). I never felt like I was being "sold" a vehicle, rather Chris was guiding me thru the buying process. A small, but important distinction, where I felt in charge, respected and ultimately, drove home satisfied. There are other Subaru dealerships closer to me, but the 40+ min drive to Victory Subaru was time and gas well spent! I highly recommend Victory Subaru. Ask for Scott and Chris ...
