Had headlight fixture / paint damage occur during their time with car. Picked up car with SRH off blinking. My mistake. Little did I know that the headlight would eventually fizzle out and fade at night. T time with car. Picked up car with SRH off blinking. My mistake. Little did I know that the headlight would eventually fizzle out and fade at night. They say they have evidence that headlight was working, but I’m sure the car wash destroyed the bulb that night. I was shown evidence. See headlight on. But can’t make out headlight fixture frame. Thought they would say, sorry, our mistake - we will fix. But instead they blamed me. Such a shame because the service staff are wonderful people and the mechanics are highly rated. Was told by local body shop that they could almost “guarantee” something was left on engine near battery, hood closed and cracked frame (as there is paint damage right above light). Oddest thing ? I asked them to at least fix the SRH off light as that’s how I received car but they said they couldn’t fix because headlight is broken. SMH 🤦🏼‍♂️. More

He superbly attended to all the details (trade in, helping us select the parts for our special order, purchasing our second car from Victory Subaru. He superbly attended to all the details (trade in, helping us select the parts for our special order, finanancials, keeping us apprised of the delivery status, and showing us some new features in this year's model). His associate in finance had all the documents prepared and methodlogically walked us through them. His experience manager sought out how we felt about the purchase process, which was excellent; it became outstanding when he pointed out a feature (open the trunk from inside the car) that wehad been unaware of..
