Her name was Ms. Latarsha Bailey and was very friendly / professional. She listened to our requests and acted timely / accurately. She definitely made the buying experience less stressful and with minimal haggling. She definitely went beyond the requirements of her job description. Ms. Bailey's supervisor (Srjan) was also professional. Our finance manager (Ms. Amanda Rose) was equally impressive. It is so nice to see a person so good at what she does. It would have been nicer to see if Ms. Rose could have showed a little more personal interest in her customers, like Ms. Bailey did. Overall, a super staff. We were officially greeted in the car lot with much friendliness and out-briefed with the same high-quality customer service. My overview: this dealership is the 'best of the best'. More

I told them I was pressed for time, and they did not waste one minute of my time. Emily took 2 quick trips to her managers and got the price down to where we were happy. Louis, out of respect of my time, only briefly introduced us to some great offers from Nissan, and did not try to pressure into buying anything we weren't ready to buy. I bought 2 vehicles here since 2012, AND I helped them sell one to my friend. When time comes to replace my Murano, you can bet I will come back to Action Nissan looking for Emily and Louis. More

I had been nervous because this was the first time I'd purchased a brand new car in many, many years due to tight finances and several bad experiences I'd had with dealerships and salesmen. KZ put me at ease immediately and made me feel welcome. George in the finance department spoke to me like a friend instead of a checkbook. He wasn't pushy, nor did he pout and become a cold and stiff professional when I turned down some options he was offering. It was refreshing!
