Service calls not answered / called back My PATHFINDER has been showing ENGINE LIGHT. It failed TN State INSPECTION. It has only 9800+ miles. I brought to dealer on 6th - they were closing My PATHFINDER has been showing ENGINE LIGHT. It failed TN State INSPECTION. It has only 9800+ miles. I brought to dealer on 6th - they were closing due to weather. Asked me to bring car next day. I went there again on Saturday (1/7/2017). Checked it out and told me to bring car back on Monday when they will have part (O2 Sensor??) in. By the way after that visit the Air Bag light come and blinking. I brought my car back on Monday - The part was not in. Asked me to go back - said they will call back - It is 1/12/2017 - Have not heard fro them. I called several times - Either no one PICKS the phone and when I could leave a message NO ONE has called back. What a lousy - irresponsible DEALERSHIP!!!!! I hope the District Manager talk to these people and straighten them out. I doubt now the QUALITY of NISSAN Vehicles More

I am being charged penalties due to not being able to register my car because no one will call me back or give me my paperwork!!!! I currently live 350 miles away and in desperate need of my bill of sale or something that I can register my car. They had no problem cashing my check but can't seem to be able to call me back regarding my registration issue. Being charged a 10% penalty!!!!! Very frustrated!!! Please, save yourself the headache...find another dealership to buy from! Avoid this dealership like the plague!!! More

This is a relief to me because now I can keep up with them promptly and know that I will always be well taken care of by the Nissan staff anywhere I go.
