They helped me find the best option financially, economically and to fit my needs. They were very friendly and gave me financial advice on buying my first car new and for future business. I have never had a good experience when it comes to car sales until I went to Action Nissan and worked with these guys. Highly recommended! Another gentleman in the financial department helped me with the paperwork and explained closing the deal in a way that was honest and easy to understand. More

She went above and beyond, no pressure with the purchase.. overall wonderful experience. If you in the market for a new/used vehicle request Nelly Karapetyan is your girl!! She wont steer you wrong and you will laugh the whole time you are there. Our experience was so enjoyable with Nelly that my daughter has also gone to het to purchase her first car. We have owned the car less than 48 hours and the service engine light came on, took it back and they discovered it is the catalic converter gone bad. They have now ordered our part and it will be fixed ASAP with no cost to us!! unbelievable service and that's hard to come by in this day and age!! They will do all they can to make you happy I have to say at first it was a nightmare,, car broke down the first day I got it,, my salesman got my car towed backed to Nissan for me and kept in t I have to say at first it was a nightmare,, car broke down the first day I got it,, my salesman got my car towed backed to Nissan for me and kept in touch with me the first few days,, but only to tell me he didn't know anything...And the service department was none existent... I had to get a manager involved (Jason Watts) and when I did it was go time!! He did everything in his power to get my car back to me and the warranty covered all repair expenses,,thank you again Jason and thank you to Adrian Frierson,,who put me in a loaner and got my first payment paid,, them two guys know what it takes and how to take care of the customer and because of them I will definitely return next time I buy a car,, however,, I will use a different salesman,, James and I didn't see everything eye to eye and he thought it was appropriate to argue with me in front of people,, even my 13yr old daughter,, I thought that was totally unprofessional,, but Adrian did handle the situation and very professional,, like I said Jason and Adrian are top notch guys,, probably the best two I have ever encountered in buying a car,, thanks again guys!! More

Ask for Tim Campbell, honest and efficient salesperson I had been chatting with Tim about a new Altima lease for a couple weeks, and I had some time today to come into Action Nissan. I was really impressed I had been chatting with Tim about a new Altima lease for a couple weeks, and I had some time today to come into Action Nissan. I was really impressed with his approach to the entire process, and I appreciated his honesty and transparency. I would be very comfortable sending someone that doesn't necessarily enjoy visiting the dealer to him based on his integrity - he didn't push me in the process or try to get me to spend more than I had planned. Great experience overall! More

We purchased a Versa Note from Dennis Turcios, and the service was absolutely fantastic! Dennis' personal brand of professionalism made it a delightful experience. When a minor glitch surfaced days after the sale, Dennis/Action Nissan, made things right proving that even when you're buying a low end vehicle, customer service is a high priority! More

I have looked many places, and when I went to Action Nissan and talked to Brady I knew I would buy my car from him, but I was short on time, so I told him I would be back, and I did. He found me exactly what I wanted, and treated us so special. He was wonderful! Please keep him around. He's a real sweetheart. Thank you Brady for everything!! Also, everyone there was wonderful! Terrible Service I don't ususally post like this so I feel that I must quality to say it must be really bad for me to post here. I've been an Action Nissan customer I don't ususally post like this so I feel that I must quality to say it must be really bad for me to post here. I've been an Action Nissan customer for many years and have bought at least 6 vehicles from them myself in addition to referring them to many others that have purchased vehicles. A current experince with the service department is untenable. I have a 2016 Maxima that had a recall. This was scheduled over a week in advance with clear documenation on what was to be corrected. AT NO TIME did anyone notify me that it was likely the car would not be able to be fixed in one day. The car was taken in on the scheduled day and they were to call my designee when it was ready. She called back on 4 different occasions to leave messages. Twice the mailbox was full and no message cold be left. Finally, she just went to the dealership to pick up the car. She was there for over an hour and a half before they told her that that type of recall always required the ordering of a part and they would have to keep the car until it came in. (critical safety factor). She was given a loaner car with the instructions "when your car is ready, you will have to return the loaner within 12 hours or you will be charged for the rental" AT that point, they could give us no idea of the timeframe of part receipt and repair. A couple of major issues this causes...an unintended second and inconveninet trip back to the dealer to return the rental car, and a need to always have someone available to return the car at a moments notice. I feel it prudent here to indicate that we both travel for our jobs and are not always in town to meet the needs of the dealership. A week and a day has now gone by with many calls to the service department and many messages left. NO return calls, NO updates on expected repair dates. Many messages left and mailbox full on multiple occasions. I have also had direct contact with the Service manager - Tyler Johnston - who swore that he would keep me informed of the progress. When I called him back today, he was at lunch and inconvenienced to talk with me and had no memory of our previousl discussion. Obviously my inconvenience and frustration was of no consequence to him. Steer clear of this service department. Very dissappointing interactions and interactions. More
