Daughter buying her first car Saw a car on line and we called to set up a time to come drive it. We are over an hour away from there and called to make sure it was still there. They called us on our way to the dealership and asked if we were still coming and I told them we would be there within 30 minutes. We got to the dealership and the Manager said they had just sold it. The price they had on Craigslist (the exact same car) was $1,000 less than what they were selling it for at the dealership. I showed our sales person the Craigslist post and he said that was the same car. The Manager said they would "make it right" and help us find a car within the same price range and they did not try to work with us so we got up and left. More

She was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and absolutely looked out for me and what I was wanting. What she isn't is pushy, high pressure, or any of the other negative things usually associated with car dealers. She did such a good job for me that I bought a car and on top of that, felt like I made a friend for life!!
