My experience with the collision center was HORRIBLE and I will not be back. I brought my car in where it had been hit to get fixed and have never had a single issue with the car other than this. I brin I will not be back. I brought my car in where it had been hit to get fixed and have never had a single issue with the car other than this. I bring my car in and Nissan fixed it for me, but when I picked up the car, there were paint chips all over the back (ones that were not there before I took the vehicle in). I asked them to fix it and at this point, Nissan tore the paint off the entire roof having to strip the entire thing down to the metal. After I picked the vehicle up the second time, I got home to notice there were more paint chips on the vehicle AGAIN. At this point, I took the car back to the dealership and they told me they will not fix it as it is not their fault and I just have a xxxxty paint job on my car. Let me add this is the paint job THEY DID THEMSELVES. I spoke with the Collision Center manager, Cathy Medert, and she was the most unhelpful, rude, and disrespectful manager I have ever felt with knowing xxxx well, her employees were the ones who messed up my car still not giving a xxxx. I do not recommend Action Nissan and will never be back. More

I must say I had a awesome salesman by the name of Tim Campbell, he was honest about everything and told me exactly what was going on and broke everything down to me, a very straight forward guy. I will r Campbell, he was honest about everything and told me exactly what was going on and broke everything down to me, a very straight forward guy. I will recommend him to anybody in need of a car without good credit. He didn't make me feel less of a person due to my credit score or anything an all around good salesman More
Don't trust what they promise I am sad to write this review because the sale went very well and smoothly until I realized that the staff lied to me. I bought TWO cars on the same d I am sad to write this review because the sale went very well and smoothly until I realized that the staff lied to me. I bought TWO cars on the same day. One for my son and I traded-in mine. Everything went well, and I trusted the salesman and the manager about the rate-interest, trade-in price, cars' quality, etc. BIG MISTAKE!! Later on, I realized that for one car, the rate interest was much higher than what they told me, and the car does not deliver what Nissan promises/advocates. I went back to have a "grown-up" discussion. While the salesman said to me that he is "just a salesman," the manager hid in her office, ignoring me. Finally, I talked to the financial guy, and he said that "I should never trust a salesman" Seriously?? He suggested me to find a bank to refinance the car!! For them, I have signed the contract, so basically, I need to go over it. I agree that I should review the contracts more carefully. Still, we could have an honest conversation and understand what happened. Based on the ways they behaved, I realized that they knew what they have done, and it was probably not the first time. I try to convince myself that it had nothing to do with my foreign accent or the fact that I am a woman. I bought two cars based on trust, and now I feel insulted. I hoped we could work things out, but obviously, they care more about taking your money than giving you the best experience and winning customer loyalty. More

One Amazing Person! Alicia is the best thing about the place! She makes sure to take care of the customers when some other employees did not. She goes above and beyond. Excellent staff ; Cole Nabors, Jason Polk were outstanding Both Cole Nabors and Jason Polk were outstanding in their interaction with my wife and I during the entire sales process. I am especially indebted to Both Cole Nabors and Jason Polk were outstanding in their interaction with my wife and I during the entire sales process. I am especially indebted to Jason Polk, Gen. Sales Mgr. , who was receptive to our concerns about the excessive APR% that I was charged for financing thru NMAC. He provided us with an alternative solution to the contractual issue of adjusting the APR%. I was satisfied with Action Nissan providing a Pre-Paid Services Program from 2/1/2019 -2/1/2021 to bridge the cost difference between the 5.75% APR and a lower House APR% . Action Nissan is fortunate to have such senior employees who take the time to listen to the customer. Roy Isabel,Owner: 2018 Maxima S 3.5L VIN 1N4AA6AP8JC410213 More
Former Happy Customer - Not Today Though Looking for a new car and having had a great experience purchasing one a few years ago, my family and I returned to Action Nissan. When we arrived a Looking for a new car and having had a great experience purchasing one a few years ago, my family and I returned to Action Nissan. When we arrived at the dealership it had just begun to rain. We walked and looked through the inventory of used cars and then new cars. As we walked to the dealership door, a salesman held the door open for us and asked if we needed anything. I told him that I was looking to get a Rouge S. He asked if we had spoken to anyone there at the dealership or online and we said no. The salesman walked us to his desk and said that he'd help us. He asked how much were we looking to spend, and we gave him a number. The salesman said that he'd see what he could do, while typing on his computer. He asked me what color would I like and I mentioned a few. He then said that he'd be back as he was going to bring a vehicle around for me to test drive. He came back and we got in the car and drove around while he answered some questions but didn't not seem to be very knowledgeable about this particular vehicle. Once we got back to the dealership, the salesman asked for my license and asked if there was a trade in vehicle and I told him yes. We discussed mileage of the trade in and possibilities of incentives and how much of a down payment I'd like to make. I told him how much. We asked what incentives were available. He asked if there was a friend or family member that worked for Nissan as there could be a discount available there. I said that I knew some people that did and reached out to one. The salesman asked what we were looking to spend and we said gave him our range, again. I also told him that I wanted a different color vehicle instead. The salesman sighed. Looking about the desk area we assumed that we were working with Tim C, as he never actually introduced himself nor asked our names. Tim left and eventually came back and escorted us outside again to look at another vehicle in the new color. He stayed close to the building door as he had mentioned a few times that it was cold and raining and he didn't like the weather. We looked around the vehicle and at various features. I figured that since I'd driven the other vehicle, that I didn't need to drive this one. We went back inside and I handed Tim the keys. Tim went to the sales office. When he came back he discussed the possibility of not using my trade as it might not be worth much and gave suggestions on what could be done with it instead. He left and went back to the sales office. Once he came back, I had already received the Nissan employee discount info. I asked Tim if he needed the info and he said that he would get it later. He then went back to the sales office. After coming back from the sales office, Tim placed some papers on the desk and began to explain what the numbers on them were. The numbers were 5 to 8 thousand more than we'd said we'd be willing to pay for the car, and said as much. Tim became upset. He explained that since he hadn't looked at our credit that these numbers were good, even the interest rate of 10%. He explained that people's credit ratings often weren't what they thought they were, and we said that our credit would be fine, and that the dealer invoice price listed was higher by 3 thousand than other dealers. Tim was quite bothered and began to be mean in action and tone. We told him that these numbers were not good at all, and I asked to see the paperwork that where these numbers came from. Tim got very upset and began to berate us. He stormed off and came back with someone from the sales office. Tim introduced the man as Jason. Tim stood while looking mad. Jason seemed bothered and on edge as he sat down and shook our hands. He then began to explain the same numbers in a condescending tone. Eventually Tim became belligerent and Jason got mad and said that this is done. As we were leaving, another man across the room from us was standing and began to yell, "They obviously don't want to buy a car!" More
