Excellent service. Josh Baker was our salesman and he was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the 2021 Rouge we bought. George Vasquez helped finance and was extremely knowledgeable when it came t very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the 2021 Rouge we bought. I traded a very nice car in on a car along with $13,000 cash, three days later car was smoking like a train. made several phone calls to the dealership no one answers. after nine days and about fifty calls cash, three days later car was smoking like a train. made several phone calls to the dealership no one answers. after nine days and about fifty calls finally got through was told that a service rep would call me, never heard from them.it now has been two months still driving a smoking car. I paid for the car in full therefore I have been waiting on my Title. made several more phone calls before I called their body shop and a lady assured me she would hand deliver my message to someone at the office. Ms. Lopez called me right away. she investigated and discovered the office Manager still had my paperwork in their desk drawer. Its been two months! My salesman is a JOKE the entire dealership is a JOKE! More
Great dealership! Was looking for a replacement vehicle and with the current vehicle shortage that was a challenge. Found what we wanted and contacted Action Nissan about their inventory. Being out of st and with the current vehicle shortage that was a challenge. Found what we wanted and contacted Action Nissan about their inventory. Being out of state we couldn’t get there right away but they did as promised and held it for us until we could get there. From the General Manager down everyone was very helpful and honest. Our sales representative (Krishan) was great in providing information and updates about the process. Would definitely buy from them again! More
Taiwan Hamilton was the best. He worked with us. He stayed and helped us through all dealings. He understood and cares very much about his customers. Way to go. First, I want to say my car is my independence and my second set of legs. I am a single mom with two son at home that uses a walker to get around. I took my car to Action Nissan because my check engine second set of legs. I am a single mom with two son at home that uses a walker to get around. I took my car to Action Nissan because my check engine light was on and my car made a funny sound every now and then when I press on gas. Action Nissan Service department told me it was my turbo the cost for repairs $3,738 and it would be ready in 3 days. The day my cars was supposed to be ready, I received a call saying my catalytic converter needs to be replaced that's why my turbo when out. I asked is there anything wrong with my car Ray said no. $4,638 the cost to repair my car. 9 days later around 5:45pm I picked my car up. My car was driving worst than when I took my car in. 12hours later, on my way to work my car begin to make knocking sounds and driving very hard. I was told to bring my car back. On the way, I did not hear the knocking sound. I thought maybe it was my walker hitting again the door. 5 hours later on Tuesday around 5:30pm, when to the gas station to put gas in my car, on the way home, check engine light came on. Wednesday morning at 7am, I took the car back to Action Nissan Service, in less than 10 mins I was told the tech turned off the check engine light and told me it was my senor once the senor reset it will be fine. I went to work on my way home from work around 5:55pm called the Action Nissan Service to let him know my check engine light was back on. Ray asked me when can I bring my car in, I said tomorrow he said the tech is off and the tech is the only can repair my car.Can, I drop my car off on Friday, and they will have to keep the car because to do not have the part there and will have to find the part.. I told him my car can't stay over the weekend because I wanted to go to church Sunday. I have borrowed and begged to come up with $4,638 to maintain my independence and get my second set of legs fixed. Now Action Nissan Service have given me all type of issues that were suppose be wrong with my car however, I was never told these issues because if I knew I never would have okay them to fix my car. I have had serve aniexty about my car not repair correctly to the point I feel like I am having a heart attack. I honesty do not see how they can sleep at night image if it was your mom, aunt, sister or family member with limited mobility with a disability who depends on their car to get around. I pray and ask God to help the service department do the right thing fix my car correctly. More
We went to buy a car and had Katherine as our sales person. She was excellent, friendly, and made the process very easy!! Fred was also there to help us out and we couldn’t have asked for more! Service disappointment. Made an appointment last week to make sure parts would be there. I took the day off, drove 40 miles to find out they didn't have the part.
