We didn't locate that "perfect" car during the walk through, but he assured me that he would find the exact car I wanted when the time came. He worked out offerings for both lease and purchase which were clear and to the point...everything was spelled out on the offer sheet. I had time to review the offers and let him know which of the dealer add-ons I wasn't interested in. The next day I got the go-ahead from the insurance company to get my new car and made the call to John. True to his word, he found the perfect car for me... it even has options on it that I couldn't have even dreamed of. Signing the papers was one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences I've ever had in a new car transaction. Amanda Rose went over all of the options available to me. When I pointed out that I could get the 3-year maintenance option for less if I simply purchased coupons on their website, she looked at the numbers, agreed with me, and found a coupon that allowed me to add the three year plan for the same price as buying separate one year plan. Sharnee Hill made taking delivery easy by going over every feature she could think of inside the car. Her professionalism allowed me to feel confident in using technology and safety features right off the lot. I have not had to spend time sitting in the car with an owner's manual figuring things out on my own. In short, I am absolutely sold on Action Nissan and will recommend them enthusiastically to my friends who may be in the market for a new vehicle. More

Don't bother trying! I leased a Leaf from here in 2014. I had a discount through my company and the sales associate said to me after I disclosed this that 'this sale does I leased a Leaf from here in 2014. I should have run out at that point! There was a well advertised lease deal going on at the time ($199 with down payment) - they all insisted they had 1) never heard of it, oh wait I remember.. 2) it's expired ... etc. The sales guy ended up taking my phone with the ad pulled up on the Nissan side back to the finance office (and still argued with me). Ridiculous!! I had to wait a very long time for my tags - they told me since my last name changed since the tags on my current car that they couldn't do that... I paid for a new registration even though my specialty tag had 7 months left on it (found out since that is not true). Since then I've tried to schedule service no less than 10 times. I email with no response and call with no answer (funny how it always!! goes to voice mail) - and never once have I received a call back. I've been taking my car to another (way out of the way for me) dealer for service. I received a recall notice in the mail Monday so tried once again to call - guess what, left a voice mail and still have not heard back. Do not use this dealership. They are untrustworthy and do not really care about your business. More
