Car seems decent. I am pleased with it! 😊Waited 3 weeks although the salesman told me throughout that it would be ready in 2 days. It had a bad battery, bad windshield and breaks were squealing. The breaks didn’t squeal the day I picked it up. I asked salesman to check fluid levels, as they needed filling. Had to do that after I checked them the day I came to pick it up and they still needed filling. Brakes seem to have issues which I asked to have resolved. Not sure they were. Told salesman I set up my own loan but the salesman told the Finance Guy I needed a loan, so he set up a second loan and not what I wanted. It took another 2 hours that day to reverse the dealership loan & allow my loan to be completed & check generated. I felt disrespected when the salesman insisted I had to tell him my financial info when I was providing a check. The dealership made arrangements to support getting the car to Powhatan for which I am grateful, although the salesman resisted helping me. The day I came to get my car I was there at 11:30 am and wasn’t able to leave until 5:30pm due to the various issues. . I would probably still be there now if I didn’t ask good questions. The salesman told me I had to stay at the dealership awhile to sign more papers as he drove my car to my home. The finance guy had. Me endorse the check, then just left me. After 15-20 minutes I asked the receptionist to find out if anything more was needed. She called the finance guy & he said I could leave. I think I have a good car, though need to get the breaks checked as they are starting to squeal again. However the overall buyer experience was terrible. I don’t know who screwed up so I don’t know how to rate the individuals. There are definitely some issues that need to be resolved at the dealership. Not sure I rated the right salesman but have to put in something to get this to process. Don’t have my paperwork with me & salesman was masked all the time. More

Purchased Friday. Pick up Monday, waited 1.45 hrs. Called 8 times-phone not working. Felt like no one cared since we had signed paperwork. Disappointed in how this was handled by management. If someone had called we would have gotten dinner before coming out. And while we waited we got to watch the sales staff play and goof off. Not professional. Wil was great to work with. Management not. Received a phone call saturday morning asking if we were still interested I. Buying truck we had already purchased. When stated that we had already purchased, miles hung up on us. Truck was still online showing for sale til Monday morning. Really not good More
