The level of customer service was demeaning. I leased a new Rogue SV yesterday. Making a deal and getting the car I wanted was a very easy and pleasant process. Dealership is not bad but the service was terrible. Salesman wouldn’t really help with a car. Just stood at the door cause he said it was hot. Just wants to sell any car and that’s not how it’s supposed to be. Andrew was a lot more help. Every question was a no to RJ before we even finished a sentence and my parents have bought 4 cars from this company and never had this problem. More
