All of the business I have had with Hart Nissan in the past years has been outstanding, on the service side and the purchase side. The salesman (Jay Neal) did an excellent job answering all my questions, being very pleasant, and convincing me that the car I always wanted to own was within my grasp. I was still hesitant about the mileage on the Murano, but Jay even took it further and I got to talk to a service guy about my concern. He assured me that the mileage shouldn’t be an issue in my decision. I agreed with him and purchased the car. I got the extended warranty and put my trust in Hart that they will continue to provide me the same excellent service they have in the past with the Murano I purchased, with no regrets. I believe they will !!! More
Unfortunately my visit to Hart Nissan for service did not go well. I had made a 9 AM appointment and arrived at 8:40 AM. Because of a backlog in the check in area, my car was not checked in until past nine go well. I had made a 9 AM appointment and arrived at 8:40 AM. Because of a backlog in the check in area, my car was not checked in until past nine. I inquired as to how long service would take and was told "no more than an hour". I had a ride to take me to a 9:30 appointment elsewhere. I was to be called when my car was ready. I returned to the dealership at 11:00 AM only to find that my car had not yet been serviced. I was told that customers who waited on site, regardless of appointment time, were always serviced before "drop-offs". I was not advised of this when I arrived with my car. I was told that my car would not be ready until after 12 PM. After a fruitless discussion about what the purpose of an appointment was, I was promised my car would be serviced next. Upon paying my bill and looking over the work order, I saw that "after 2 PM" was written on the work order. So, my 9 AM appointment would not have been taken care of until after 2 PM had I not retuned to the dealership. I was told that the appointment time was an arrival time not a service time. This is nonsense. More

Chris Brown was the best. His customer service was superb and he didn’t stop until he got me what I truly wanted. This is my 2nd car I purchased from this dealership and I will definitely use them in the fut and he didn’t stop until he got me what I truly wanted.
