Treat yourself to an enjoyable and ethical used car buying experience. Go to Hart Nissan used car department and ask for RJ. I ended up at Hart Nissan at the urging of my son who had his eye on a C buying experience. Go to Hart Nissan used car department and ask for RJ. I ended up at Hart Nissan at the urging of my son who had his eye on a Chrysler 300. Never having met RJ before, I had no idea who he was or what to expect. But my son had talked to him several times previously on the phone about trading in his current car. And I was there to help my son with his potential purchase. He told me to relax, that RJ was cool. My son was accurate. RJ was calm, clear, and confident with an engaging sense of humor. He was just plain fun to deal with. He had prepared all the paperwork for this potential deal and had arranged it so that it would be a cashless transaction, assuming we could agree on terms. This made the whole effort much simpler. As to the trade in, RJ arranged for very generous terms. In fact quite amazingly generous, I think. The dealership is remarkably friendly. My son had brought my three young grandsons; the attractive design of the sales room was very kid friendly, offering snacks, drinks, and a couple of arcade-type games which entertained them. We came to terms and RJ immediately requested the car to be cleaned thoroughly and washed. He insisted on filling the tank with gas and followed my son to a gas station as he left. Since I was the funding source for any difference in trade in and sales price, (The Bank of Dad), RJ and I had to huddle for a while. RJ, concerned about the kids, ordered my son to take them in my car and get them some dinner. Long story short, my son could not be happier with his new car and I could not have been more pleased with RJ's attention to detail and his kindness. Actually my son is about as happy as I've ever seen him. RJ is an original. I have never had so much fun spending my money and buying a car.
