They do not stand behind their product. I have a 2020 rouge that water is getting into the driver side rear tail light. They fixed this problem in Oct 2022. Brought the vehicle back in Oct I have a 2020 rouge that water is getting into the driver side rear tail light. They fixed this problem in Oct 2022. Brought the vehicle back in Oct 2023 for 30000 oil change and told them water is getting in the same light again. They had me bring it back so they could do their sprinkler test and told me no water is in the light. Funny thing is when I went up their to get the car their was water condensation in the light. My salesman was their with me and saw the water. I have multiple pictures and videos of water in the light. He called the dealership manager and he said for me to bring it back when their is water in the light again. So I just left the dealerships and tried to show them that their was water in the light and no manager came and looked at it light. The service desk guy told me their is nothing they could do since the repair is over a year old. So why did buy a extended warranty? So basically that tells me they don't stand behind their product. More

The dealership was nice, everyone was friendly. The manager greeted us and made us feel welcome. The waiting area was comfortable, and there was a nice coffee / break area. We can’t say enough great things about him, and our experience. He was attentive, answered ALL of our questions, we did not feel pressured or uncomfortable. Joseph was top notch.
