The sale of the car was great. Great service and communication. However once we went to sign the paperwork, things weren’t prepared in advance, were very time consuming and had to Great service and communication. We made our needs known in advance and provided necessary paperwork prior to the meeting in order for things to run quickly and smoothly however we had to provide info again and the meeting took almost 3 hours when we were told it would take 1 hour. We had a newborn with us and a child that we had to get off the bus. They were aware of our time restrictions but yet we still ran over significantly. A few things could have been done differently in order to run more efficiently. I also think it’s ridiculous that they will not fill up the gas tank for a used car. Only 10 gallons we were told. Never had been there before. Saturday morning I went in to look a Nissan kick. None available except for preorder. Then William got manager to give me options. He recommended the Rogue, which offered some discounts. I said ok, took test drive. Asked William if we can get payment in the $500 range I would buy car. William was so professional and polite I was impressed. He took care of my every need and made sure I was comfortable. William even drove the car to my house.
