Ed, Lee, Chris, and Calvin made everything so easy, and took things into their hands. Ed, who is a blessing worked on my situation all weekend and I walked out with a brand new car! They truly care about the customers here which is rare at dealerships because they tend to only care about sales sales sales and money! False advertising turned sales pitch I called the service center before arriving to ask for a quote for a specific service. Once I arrived, they agreed to also conduct my yearly inspectio I called the service center before arriving to ask for a quote for a specific service. Once I arrived, they agreed to also conduct my yearly inspection. Before leaving the service center my information had been shared with the sales team who called me to try and talk me into a new car. Once I said no I had a call from the service center with a laundry list of repairs that they said were needed. I told them no thanks, just the inspection and the original service (a bulb change). My next call from them was to say that the original quote that I got for the the bulb change wasn’t right, it would be at least three times as much. It was a barrage to get money out of me by any means necessary. I had hoped that a new ownership group would change things, but that is definitely not true. More
