Since it was put under new management I decided to give this location a second chance. I must say when I pulled up I notice a lot of changes and was greeted friendly from the staff and the upgrades to the waiting area is nice as well! More

bad customer service purchasing car.. I did most of my car shopping on the internet. In my mind I was going to purchase the car as long as it matched what I read. The internet guy put me I did most of my car shopping on the internet. In my mind I was going to purchase the car as long as it matched what I read. The internet guy put me with a new salesman. After the test drive he went for the hard sale which was fine. He then miss quoted me a price which i agreed upon but his manager said no on. When manager asked where price came from I advised his salesman. Manager advised me they would loose to much money selling me the car. He advised they had more in it than the price the salesman gave me and they would not honor it. Then the salesman printed out the carfax for me, only problem it was to another car! I tell the sales person that I am between this honda and a nissan at another place. The salesman tells me that that the accord is simply a better car than the altima, I remind him he worked for Nissan. So I go home to think it over, and sleep on it. I still felt the price was worth the drama at Hart Nissan. As I walk in I ask the salesman how many keys come with the car (one of the questions that came to me overnight). His exact line to me "for that price only one!" Ok I was done, i looked at my wife and started to leave when he tells me he will look for the other key. So he tells me he found the other key. I still decide to buy the car. Then when i look at the final price I see a $16 car inspection fee, really is that standard practice to pass along the car inspection fee to the customer? The car was inspected in September it is now November. Then as I am leaving the lot I asks the salesman if the car mats where in the trunk he informs me that the car does NOT come with car mats. I take the blame for this, i should have asked earlier but...................... Also no owners manual. Then the final kick out the door was the car had under a half tank of gas. The salesman tells me company policy is to only put $10 worth of gas in the car. Simply left bad experience in my mouth, reason most people don't enjoy dealerships. More
