Oil change Arrived at 10:40am for 11am appointment, left 12:30pm after asking if car was ready. Was told that the mechanics left for lunch at 12 and that they we Arrived at 10:40am for 11am appointment, left 12:30pm after asking if car was ready. Was told that the mechanics left for lunch at 12 and that they were finishing up with my paperwork. Does that take 30 minutes? How much longer would I have waited if I hadn’t asked? A Lady with no appointment checked in behind me for the same oil change service and was done around 12. More
