Salespeople were on top of things! Daryl was fantastic - not pushy, honest with his experience, and made a great connection with my family. There were a few things that needed to be addressed with our used vehicle, though, and the service people did not seem to get the memo. There was a lot of frustration, but Daryl stepped in, owned the problem, and ensured a resolution that we were happy with - even going the extra mile to text me pictures, detail, and top off the gas in the car when we came back for round two of fixes. When we returned looking for him, Gerrin (another salesman) stepped up and took ownership to ensure our needs were met and we were taken care of. Service eventually resolved the issues, and I was so very impressed with the ownership and teamwork displayed by Daryl and Gerrin. They exemplified what taking care of your customers looks like.
