Salespeople were on top of things! Daryl was fantastic - not pushy, honest with his experience, and made a great connection with my family. There were a few things that needed to be add Daryl was fantastic - not pushy, honest with his experience, and made a great connection with my family. There were a few things that needed to be addressed with our used vehicle, though, and the service people did not seem to get the memo. There was a lot of frustration, but Daryl stepped in, owned the problem, and ensured a resolution that we were happy with - even going the extra mile to text me pictures, detail, and top off the gas in the car when we came back for round two of fixes. When we returned looking for him, Gerrin (another salesman) stepped up and took ownership to ensure our needs were met and we were taken care of. Service eventually resolved the issues, and I was so very impressed with the ownership and teamwork displayed by Daryl and Gerrin. They exemplified what taking care of your customers looks like. Well done, gentlemen! More

Shady business Took my 2013 Nissan to be inspected on the 3 of October and they said I needed brakes. Got the brake job done and took it back then they said the pari Took my 2013 Nissan to be inspected on the 3 of October and they said I needed brakes. Got the brake job done and took it back then they said the paring brake wasn't holding. On the third time taking it back for the inspection they came up with the spring was in the wrong place.It seems to me that on the second time inspecting the brakes they would have seen the spring was in the wrong place. Then they wanted to charge me 249.00 to do the work. Took the car to another dealer and let them check the braes and everything was fine with the brakes. More
