Delayed repair Brought my car in for noiss i heard in the wheel area. Making the appointment was easy. I appropriated the Uber back and forth to work while i waited. Brought my car in for noiss i heard in the wheel area. Making the appointment was easy. I appropriated the Uber back and forth to work while i waited. After the first repair, the noise was still present. On my second visit, i had a ride along with a master technician. He heard that the noise was still present but on the other side of the vechicle. I believe this should have been resolved on the first visit. Janelle has been friendly and helpful in this process. My only problem was that i believe she dropped the ball during my second visit because the parts had not been order after waiting over a week to hear back about bring my vechicle back. I called and another service personnel indicated that she was away and no parts had been ordered for my car. I expected to have all repairs completed before Christmas but this was not the case. It should not have taken 3 weeks for my car to be repaired! This was a big inconvenience to me and family. More

Everyone from the salespeople (Ronnie and Fernando) to those who helped to finalize the transaction made it an unforgetable start to the new year for us. It's nice to know that there are still dealerships out there that care about their customers needs and truly want to help them. Great Customer Service! I had been looking for a new car over the last 2 years. I had visited numerous dealerships, test drove many cars and the dealerships were never able t I had been looking for a new car over the last 2 years. I found my dream car at Hart dealership and they worked with me through a few different financing options until they were able to meet my needs. Mr. Hart was on site and spoke with my mother and I, and he was very appreciative of our business and but also he was understanding of what I wanted as well. My salesman Fernando was amazing and not pushy, but instead listened to what I wanted and did whatever was needed to make the deal go through. This was the best car buying experience I have had in a long time. I will definitely be a returning Hart customer!! More
