Good Experience at Hart Nissan I made my first visit to Hart Nissan on January 18, 2019. On the previous day, .I had made an appointment to test drive a used 2014 Ford F150. When I I made my first visit to Hart Nissan on January 18, 2019. On the previous day, .I had made an appointment to test drive a used 2014 Ford F150. When I arrived, I was met by one of the Salesman, Gregory Comer, and we started out for the test drive. Gregory was very friendly and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions about the truck and worked with me. When making the deal, I met the Used Car Manager as well...I wish I could recall his name but the important part is that he worked with me to reach a deal. Also, during the process I had the opportunity to meet the owner Mr. Ed "Hart" Hartoonian. My first impression of Mr. Hartoonian is that he is an owner who cares about his business and his customers. Once the deal was reached, I met another gentleman, Rod Robinson, who took care of all the paperwork, only thing is, it was all done digitally. When we were finished. My contract was all on a thumb drive that you review on your computer. In closing, I got what I think is a very good deal. Service Review I got a remainder text message on Friday saying my appointment was at 11am on Saturday. Instantly I called the dealership because I had confirmed with I got a remainder text message on Friday saying my appointment was at 11am on Saturday. Instantly I called the dealership because I had confirmed with someone the week before my appointment would be at 8am on Saturday. I called and spoke with Michelle and she ensured me that they would take care of me and for me to arrive at 8am for my oil change. Saturday morning I arrive at 7:50am and there for 7 cars ahead of me. I just knew that I would be here for several hours waiting for an oil change. My advisor was Rebecca, she assured me that I would be out within an hour and not to worry. I wasn’t quite convinced but I said I would wait for an hour and call a ride at 9am if I was still waiting. At 8:45am Michelle came to the lobby and asked for Ms. Jones. She wanted my meet me in person and make sure I was taken care of and also wanted to let me know my car was ready. I confirmed my car to ensure they had the right person and I couldn’t believe that my car was ready in such a timely manner. She confirmed that it was me and that my car was ready. I couldn’t thank Michelle and Rebecca enough for keeping their promise of getting me out in an hour with an oil change and a car wash. These ladies are truly the definition of exceptional customer service. Thank you Michelle and Rebecca!! More
