However, I live in Chesterfield; so it was more convenient to get my car servi I purchased my vehicle from this location last year when it was Sheehy. Last month, I contacted the Midlothian location for service because my engine light came on. The rep was rude and only offered me an appointment for two weeks later. I called Hart and Megan was not only eager to provide me assistance but she went the extra mile to explain my extended service warranty. She was quick to call me back when I left a message of additional questions; and she continuously called me by my name making the experience personal. The service team was just as genuine. I do not recall their names but there were 4 people there when I arrived. The two women greeted me immediately and enthusiastically. I appreciate the attention I received at your business. Thank you!
