All of the men at Hart were kind and helpful. The gentleman in financing was very easy to talk to. It really felt like the Hart team was a family. My only complaint was that the music was too loud. I was also surprised my new car didn’t have floor mats. I would definitely recommend Hart and specifically Rodney as a salesman. More

Best experience Simply amazing! Chris Christian was especially amazing through my entire process and advised me of every step that he was doing. My daughter had an as Simply amazing! My daughter had an asthma attack while I was in the process of getting my car and I had to leave and take her to the ER. Chris called me that night to check on her and wish us well. Car buying CAN be different . Mandy and I found this out today. We’ve had some really tough financial years, and dealerships of all types and kinds were very quick to let us know . There were a MILLION reasons why they couldn’t, OR WOULDN’T help us. Ed and his staff at Hart Nissan in Mechanicsville, VA searched for and FOUND the lone reason they COULD help us get into our new ‘19 Sentra. We didn’t feel as if we were at a car dealership. We were visiting old friends, or REALLY were at a family reunion. What an awesome job Chris Christian, Harold, Rod and the entire TEAM did....and what a difference they have made in our lives.
