I was glad to see another man come in and show us the legistics of how it would be a possibility for us to own a new car with so many extras.l Then when we went to finance, Roderick explained everything so clearly, to my husband and I. And we finished the paperwork in what seemed like minutes! Also, they cleaned the car out of course and A Curtis told us about all of the extras and showed us how they worked. Love my new Altima I had been looking at the Altima since the car show in February. Hart Nissan was the only Richmond area dealer reaching out to me based on my inquiry. I first worked with Calvin Boston and test drove a FWD and AWD. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the Nissans and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want because it wasn’t in their inventory. Also I still had a few months left on my lease. Fast forward three months and I remembered the Costco car buying program I could use. Chris Christian reached out to me immediately. The Altima I wanted was then on their lot so the hard part was done. Again Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable and I purchased the car. He went over again the safety features and paired my phone. Only negative was the paperwork took a long time. Maybe because they were busy. They sold about a dozen cars that day. More
