Hello, I would like to give a shout out to Brandon that works in the Service Department. I have been back and forth to your Nissan, its seems like every month for issues with my new car that I purchased la works in the Service Department. I have been back and forth to your Nissan, its seems like every month for issues with my new car that I purchased last year. But, every time that my car gets services, I am glad that it is Brandon helping me. He keeps you updated on the progress of your car. I am writing this because I brought my car in on Monday, August 31st. I didn’t know that y’all stop taking service appointments at 4 because the website said something else. Brandon was kind of enough to check to see if my car could get service that day and to make sure that y’all had the part on hand to service my car. Then, he told me that he wasn’t going to leave until my car was done. When my car with done he made sure I got to my car safely and on top of that it was in the rain. I have had one other service person help me during this past year of having my car, but Brandon has gone above and beyond to make sure the people he help is taken care of. I have been there so many times he knows me by name. He is a great asset to y’all company. More

I recommend shopping at Hart Nissan over other Nissan dealerships in the area. We came in for my husbands 2019 Titan service (oil change and check a noise). Well when we went back to see if it was ready it ended up having a expired inspection and that was done while we was waiting. I s and check a noise). I started looking at different vehicles to see options on buying a less expensive vehicle and less expensive to maintain them my diesel truck. All though I know my truck will hold value for years to come the up keep was just more then needed at this point. Well after looking at different cars and SUV’s we decided to go w/ the Marano. So far so good. Our sales person Jeremiah was very nice and polite and assisted as much as he could and made the experience painless as possible. Even though I was dressed for moving day lol and looked rough he still came and offered us help. Only one hiccup but he took care of everything. More
