Car had no gas. Had to follow salesman to the gas station to get gas at 10:00PM. Also Was allowed to leave WITHOUT an inspection sticker. I realized the next day. Had to drive 45 minutes back to dealership i to get gas at 10:00PM. Also Was allowed to leave WITHOUT an inspection sticker. I realized the next day. Had to drive 45 minutes back to dealership in order to get an inspection sticker. Waited for over an hour. Salesman did top car off with gas. Approx. $5-$10. First time at Nissan. Very poor customer service. Brandon was rude & disrespectful, raising his voice if you did not answer his questions soon enough. Brandon ordered me to move my car down the service line was rude & disrespectful, raising his voice if you did not answer his questions soon enough. Brandon ordered me to move my car down the service line after I had already parked, gathered my items and walked to the waiting area. (when I pulled in to the service lane there were several cars in front of me already parked). Other employees would not give out his name claiming that Brandon "was just having a bad day". I had to look up the staff on the Hart Nissan website in order to find out who Brandon was. Will not be back. I do not recommend for anyone. Customer service sucks xxx. If your are having that bad of a day, go home Brandon. More
