The rookie salesperson did a great job. He is new and nervous but covered all the bases. My issue is that this dealer really tried to screw me on the trade in. Their offer was 8000.00. I set an appointment for my 20K mile, car doc service. I got there a little early, and they got me right in and right out. While a waited I had a couple of cups of fresh coffee, and watched the service I got there a little early, and they got me right in and right out.
