Yesterday had the multiply point inspection, had a flat tire on the way home. I just purchased my 3rd car from this same dealership. Be mindful salesman are pressured to get you in a vehicle. They are very respectful and polite in doing so. I am very surprised they don't have any sort of loyalty customer incentive. If they do it was not mentioned after my letting them know of my previous recent purchases. As with any dealership, make sure they have the vehicle you want especially if you have a younger party involved as they often feel pressured to make a decision more quickly than more experienced car buyers. Know what you are willing to pay and be willing to simply shop elsewhere if the value isn't there. Before starting any paperwork make sure you have a few hours. Remember the dealership is incentivized to get you to finance the vehicle. Do know 100% the MSRP will not be your price... Upwards for 25-30% over has been my experience here after all the add backs that seem to not be optional. I opted for the service package as for a younger driver who knows nothing about when to do any services they are paid and just need scheduled at the proper mileage or time. I feel they are mire likely to complete them on time if they understand it will be paid. I'm curious how many up sales are attempted during the prepaid services. As for service, my last purchase has been serviced here a few times and went as expected in a timely manner. I would recommend it to others with a new vehicle who want to make sure to keep up their maintenance. Any services completed are tracked and will help with resale value if ever you want to trade or sell. The cons: the whole new car industry has a problem hiding the true cost of a new vehicle until you're well into the purchase stage having spent considerable time. I'd be a fan of a "this is your out the door price unless you ask for adds to the car as it sets marked right on the car" I feel like I get worked over every time I purchase. If they need xyz dollars to get you out the door tell me my cost up front. I'm sure I would feel better about the transaction in the end and be more likely to recommend that sales process to others.
