I was greeted upon arrival of my scheduled appointment. My service consultant listened to my concerns and understood what I needed. The service was performed while I waited. It took 1 hour and30 minute My service consultant listened to my concerns and understood what I needed. The service was performed while I waited. It took 1 hour and30 minutes to complete the work. I was told it should take about that length of time, so it was as expected. The service consultant went over work performed with me after the service was completed and advised me to what may be needed next time. Good service visit. More
