Out of 4 vehicles I bought here. Two wound up with blown engines, the last one being a 2020. Both vehicles blew engines within two weeks of purchase. I was told it would be 5 weeks till they could even get it in to be looked at much less repaired. In the wait I ordered a new gladiator based on interest rates rising and wait time. I wound up purchasing from another dealer while waiting. Got an excellent interest rate and great incentives on a 2022 ecodiesel model. It came in at $42k the gasser from Victory came in at over $50k over original order price. I took my 2022 in for a warranty claim on a cracked windshield. The service staff laughed, without writing anything stated jeep would turn down the claim. Never mind there are internet posts as to jeep replacing glass. Some words were exchanged, I left. End of story? No. The owner called me threatening me, telling me they won't do my warranty work. To take it back to the dealer I bought it from. Steer clear of this dealer. Huge reputation for selling junk and in this case, calling my work number to complain about a personal problem. More
