Anything but transparent! Victory Motors does not care about customer satisfaction...only the money they can they get by deceiving you!!! I went to Victory Motors and told them Victory Motors does not care about customer satisfaction...only the money they can they get by deceiving you!!! I went to Victory Motors and told them I was looking to buy a reliable car and they wanted to know if I had cash or needed financing. I said I had cash. In a nut shell, they took advantage of the fact that I was paying cash and sold me a car "as is". I asked if it had any issues and was told it did not and that I would love this car. Wrong! I started having problems immediately on the way home. When I called they said they would be able to take it on a trade but would not give me the $8,000 that I paid for it. This has been anything but reliable. They were well aware of the issues and codes that it read but only made the problem worse. I have not had a car since December and the cost to get this car running is well over $2,000. I am okay with buying a car "as is" but expected an honest answer when I asked if it had any issues. The most disheartening part is they are not willing to hear the hardships that this has caused me. I have a prescription that is very expensive and without it I have irreversible damage and have already gone two months without it, I am about to loose my job, and am so depressed. I cannot get to work, the grocery store, or doctors office. But apparently is legal to lie and lead someone to believe they are buying a reliable car because it was sold "as is". More
