The dealership had a minivan listed online for $26,242. After reading the fine print and calling to confirm the price, we traveled 5 hours to buy this vehicle. Stavros said the price would be $39k out the door. On the phone I asked him to explain where the 50% markup came from. He said taxes and fees. I asked him to explain further and he said 6% sales tax. Ok, what else? He finally rattled off, very quickly, two values for fees, that amounted to less than $5k. I went to get a pen and asked him to repeat that. He refused. I let him know that I am aware of the law and that deceptive business practices are illegal. He said, "ma'am, the price of the vehicle is $38k." I confirmed that he was refusing to repeat the fees to me. He repeated, "ma'am, the price of the vehicle is $38k." That was that. I wish we had read the reviews and seen that this is what they do every day, fraud in one way or another. If this has happened to you, you can make a report at reportfraud.ftc.gov. I worry about these people for their greed and dishonesty. Stavros, leave this awful business. May God have mercy on their souls. More
