For those who may read this, read the negative reviews and that's probably going to be your experience.Most of their cars online are not in stock and even when you call and confirm they will tell you is a and that's probably going to be your experience.Most of their cars online are not in stock and even when you call and confirm they will tell you is available just to get to come in. Then there's the finance Department who are just a bunch of criminals.If you have good credit and you are quoted a high payment and high interest its because they are adding multiple warranty and dealer add on so they can make extra money off it.While doing the paperwork with the finance manager they told me the extended warranty,Catalytic protection and Lojack. Non of which I wanted but if it was included in the price. After going home and looking at my paperwork which they give you on a thumb drive so you can't really look at it unless you have a computer with you I was shocked when I saw that I was financing an additional $6k because of the dealer extras they told me was included. Went back the next day to speak to the manger who basically just laughed in my face and told me that they can only take off the extended warranty and the other to cannot be removed from my car. Went to a different dealer ship to verify. First the serial number they told me was attached to my catalytic converters was not there so that's $2000 they charged me for a service that not only did I not want but wasn't done. Second the serial number of the tracking device of the Lojack unit did not match the paperwork and it's not jut 1 or 2 digit off where you can say in small error. So if my car did get stolen which I know it won't hence why I would buy this service. They would be tracking the wrong car. Went back and talked to the manger again told me there's nothing they could do and everything was done. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and what a horrible experience. I would never go back or recommend anyone to this dealership . More

The second had mechanical issues and they weren't showing it until resolved. They could have EASILY mentioned this over the phone the day prior, would have saved us both time and money (on CarFax reports, tolls, etc...) More

BEWARE ! ! The sales person will tell you to sign the form to run a SOFT credit check but they would run a HARD check (SEVERAL TIMES) and this will be done eve ! The sales person will tell you to sign the form to run a SOFT credit check but they would run a HARD check (SEVERAL TIMES) and this will be done even BEFORE you agree to the car price and test drive and if you do not want to buy the car, the hard credit inquiries will dent your credit score. The managers are very rude and arrogant, would put blame on you for their mistakes. DONOT TRUST the words sales person because the next level manager would deny all of those promises. Wasted 5 hours. Going to report the credit reporting companies and Federal Trade Commission. More
