The service people once you're there are nice. And I'm glad they finally have Lyft to take you back to work or home when they're keeping your car for more than an hour. However, I take my car in for a full service, it's very expensive and my brakes still squeak...annoying. secondly how come they don't wash your car? Every dealer and even basic mechanic washes your car if they have it over night. Seems like you spend over $500 bucks you should get your car back clean. Not a detail but dirtier than when you dropped it off. Every other brand of car I have ever had did a basic wash when they serviced your car. More

I miss getting the videos as my car is services, showing the service tech’s inspection.
