Not a great experience! Then they tried to sell me the other for tires! Very unclear and shady communication. They also offered a complementary wash that never happened. I thought that I had a go to Mazda for services and everything else based on my previous experience but clearly don’t! So disappointed! More
Pleased to have a Mazda dealership so close. First visit, had some minor recall work done and it went very smoothly. Provided cool video of free inspection, found some minor issues but no pressure for them to fix. In and out sooner than expected. This makes me more likely to do business with them again in the future. One other minor: Offered external car wash and they noted it was complete in the paperwork, but it mostly definitely was not washed. No biggie. More
By far the worst experience l've had here so far. I came in on 4/4/2025 at 8:45am for an oil change and suddenly my bluetooth stopped working. The first guy that checked me in didn't know how to use I came in on 4/4/2025 at 8:45am for an oil change and suddenly my bluetooth stopped working. The first guy that checked me in didn't know how to use my car's interface and wrote the mileage down as kilometers. All he did was disconnect and reconnect the bluetooth and said it didn't work. Haimdi ALSO didn't know how to use my car's interface. How do you hire people that know nothing about mazda cars is beyond me. They were trying to charge me $255 for a diagnostic to figure out the problem. My husband googled how to reset the car's interface and did it infront of Haimdi and he said "you fixed it, you're hired." Like if we did this on our own the scam of overcharging the same thing was ridiculous. They also gave me 3 DIFFERENT quotes for my oil change. The first one was $227, the online system gave me $119, and over the phone they were saying $277. What a SCAM. You have sleezy, uneducated, egotistical people working here who price gouge services.
