The service department at Victory is EXCELLENT. Courteous staff, knowledgeable, and timely repairs. The service manager Alex, is one of the friendliest guys you'll ever meet, and he leads his tea Courteous staff, knowledgeable, and timely repairs. Unfortunately, I can't recommend. I've been a customer for four years and have brought out car in for every service maintenance appointment. However, the car is now nine years old and I've been a customer for four years and have brought out car in for every service maintenance appointment. However, the car is now nine years old and has had two major breakdowns in the last four months. In both instances, the communication was very poor (I had to call several times to find out what was happening), it was insanely expensive, and the service was very slow (it took days!). In January, when I finally got a quote, it was via text asking for $5,600 worth of repairs with zero explanation of what was wrong or why these things needed to be replaced (no pictures or video of actual damage). When I called to ask, I felt dismissed (the answer was "we don't know" when I pressed again, I was told "Sometimes things break"). Given the price, the tone, how long it took just to get a diagnostic, and the extremely poor follow-up, I paid $120 to have it towed to another shop who only found one thing wrong with it and charged $1,800 to fix it. I'm so glad that I did. Also, I paid over the phone and when I asked Phay to email me the receipt for the cost of the diagnostic, he said sure but then, instead of emailing me, handed it to the tow truck driver. Why you'd hand over my personal info to a total stranger and/or your findings to shop where I'm getting a second opinion is beyond me. It seemed at best poor decision making, at worst, petty or spiteful. Really strange. More
