Bought a used cx-5 from this dealer. Positive: 1) got me better financing than i got on my own 2) beautiful car, just what I was looking for Negatives: 1) they showed me a list of deal Positive: 1) got me better financing than i got on my own 2) beautiful car, just what I was looking for Negatives: 1) they showed me a list of dealer "add-ons" that all totaled $7k and skipped over the part that said they were all optional. So I ended up negotiating based on those optional items instead of the true price of the car. 2) Never asked if I had a trade-in. Then when the sales manager saw my old car he said he could have gotten me $1500 more than what I had been offered elsewhere. Terrible customer service, and why make a comment like that when trade-in is no longer on the table? 3) The rear fender trim was banged up. It's just a part that can be replaced. Couldn't they have done that, or at least offered to? The part is less than $100. 4) Their pricing changes week to week, so make sure you check the price history. The car was $3000 less 3 weeks before I bought it but they they were not willing to give me that price. More
Judith was very helpful, and advocated for me. The mechanic was too hesitant to fix a problem for which there was a recall, which was frustrating, but it got done because of Judith.
