Excellent Service and definitely would recommend! I walked in to Victory Honda to inquire about a car lease and was pleasantly greeted by Vazo Nazari. He answered many of my questions and showed me the Honda Accord that I was inquiring about. I am not joking you, he showed me all the features of the Honda and was very knowledgeable. We went out for a test drive and later sat down to discuss the terms and payments. I told him that I would need to discuss with my wife since it will be for her use. I told Vazo that my wife was working and will come back after work. When I called Vazo to let him know my wife was coming down, he made sure he was available and explained in detail all the features of the car again! I am a sales person myself and knew he wanted to make sure he provided the customer with the best service possible. We later discussed the model we wanted and they did not have the color we wanted. Vazo had his general manager search of the color and he located it at another dealership. We filled out the paperwork and later met the finance manager Mr. Nuygen. Very pleasant and professional! He explained all the paperwork to us in detail. Vazo told us that the car will be available the next day. When I went to pick up the car, Vazo wanted make sure I was totally satisfied and even offered to program my phone into the car's system. I am a techie so there was not need to. In closing, I would say Vazo and the dealership bent over backwards to make sure my wife and I were happy and had a great experience at Victory Honda. I attempted to purchase a brand new vehicle from them, put a downpayment, and signed documents. To summarize, after they got the money, they didn't have the type and color of car i wanted. They didn't attempt to reach out to me and made it very difficult to get my deposit back. To top it off, they lost the registration of the vehicle I was going to trade in. More
I was really excited to buy my car. Really excited. Looked all around the Bay Area for a CR-Z, and comparing the numbers, Victory Honda gave me the best deal. First issue: I was the one who test-drove, I was the one who negotiated. My mother only came in toward the end, to co-sign. Once I got transferred to Finance, the guy only addressed himself to my mother before I could make clear that it was my car and I was the main contact on it. Main issue: there were scratches on the rear left fender guard. I point it out and Kay assures me that they will fix it, I’ll just have to come back in a few days. Fine. I agree to buy the car. That was December 26, 2013. It is now January 31, 2014. Guess who still has a scratched rear fender guard? First Kay assured me they were reordering the part. After a few days of silence, I had to text her, and she told me they ordered the wrong part. After a few more days of silence, I had to text her, and she told me that it wasn’t a Honda part, and that since they got the car from another dealership, they had to contact the other dealership about who put the fender guard in my car. After a few more days of silence, I had to text her, and she said she was having trouble reaching them. After a few more days of silence, I texted her on January 28. No response. I texted her on January 29. No response. I texted her today, January 31. She told me some guy Mick will call me. This is ridiculous. It’s been over a month and there have been absolutely no apologies. Look, I get it. It’s not a Honda part and you have to go to another dealership to find out who they got the part from. But how does this take several weeks? And how do you not even have the courtesy to apologize for the delay? Maybe it’s not your fault, but it sure as xxxx ain’t mine. I bought a scratched car from you relying on your promise that you would fix it. I sure as xxxx wouldn’t have bought a scratched car at this price and would’ve taken my business somewhere else. The delay in responding to me indicates that Kay and the rest of the dealership are not putting a good-faith effort in trying to fix this, and that they are just hoping that I’m going to forget. But no, I do not intend to negotiate and agree to pay a price for a non-scratched car and then get stuck with a scratched one. I'm going to keep on this until they make it right, but good God, I shouldn't have to do this. More
DO NOT and i repeat DO NOT do business with them. Except for 2 sales guys the rest are insane abnoxious and rude! The finance department is a TOTAL mess. Lied about the numbers and also the finance guy John spoke very rudely. @Victory Honda. Are you guys really in the car selling business? I am in high stakes consulting and still don't use the language you did when I was there! Shame on you! THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU VISIT VICTORY HONDA! Unless you want to be duped, shamed to death and love being mocked! More
