I made an appointment for Waiter at 1000. My car was done at 2:15? When my husband checked in at 10am the guy said a COUPLE of hours so he waited, because that’s the appointment we booked, he My car was done at 2:15? When my husband checked in at 10am the guy said a COUPLE of hours so he waited, because that’s the appointment we booked, he waited and waited until 4 hrs later?? They could have said just come back so my husband wouldn’t have to wait 4 hrs! Or maybe not have an appointment option that say waiter if it means drop off or all day appointments! Or maybe communicate better, he could’ve went home and did some errands not just wait around. More
