This particular time, I had errands to run with my granddaughter and really did not plan to leave my vehicle, just needed a tire check for pressure. The service department found that my tires were quite bad, I knew I would be needing some. They were able to loan me a vehicle to continue plans with my granddaughter wile they put the new tires on and took care of the other necessities my car was due for.
