Just bought the BEST vehicle!! We just returned home with a beautiful CR-V in the new sandstorm color. Counselor After purchasing my used vehicle I noticed that the car hadn't been detailed. I requested to have it cleaned, but after being "cleaned" I noticed it w After purchasing my used vehicle I noticed that the car hadn't been detailed. I requested to have it cleaned, but after being "cleaned" I noticed it was half done. At this point I was ready to go because I had waited 3 hours for them to process everything. Before leaving I needed to set an appointment to have my windows tinted. I was told that they would contact me after speaking with the window tinting guy and seeing when he's available. I called back for two weeks and finally recieved a date when my windows could be tinted. I never recieved my registration papers after a month of riding around with expired paper plates. Went to the dealership to question why I hadn't recieved my papers in the mail and the salesman said they usually call (never recieved a call) before sending them in the mail. No apologies for the lack if communication. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this company. More

We just purchased a new 2012 Accord EXL (our 4th new Honda from Victory). We had an appointment on what appeared to be a very busy Saturday. The whole process was very smooth and easy. We were there about three hours total and left with our new car. Every person we interacted with was very pleasant and professional. More

I was looking for a specific car for three months and happened to find the car I bought on there website late one evening. I emailed the dealership and they called me first thing the next morning. The salesman Donald answered all my questions and assured me the vehicle was well maintained by the previous owner. When I arrived at the dealership everyone was very nice and professional. They had the vehicle pulled up and ready to go. They showed me the car fax and explained everything about the vehicle in a way me and my wife could understand and felt good about. I feel they went above and beyond the call of duty and were truly concerned with our experience. We met one of the managers (Ken Litner) when we arrived and he assured us he was there to help and see that everything went smoothly. He was great and made sure we were treated fair and got us a great deal. Overall I have been buying cars now for over 20 years and feel that this experience was great and would defiantly return to Victory Honda of Muncie. This dealer cares about there customers and is great to deal with!!! More
