Let me just say, I shop for cars in the wind and rain. Tony sold me my first Honda on a very cold windy rainy evening. With a smile on his face and stuck with us, and believe me when I say I am someone who wants to look at the entire fleet of cars on the lot. Now, Tony remembers this when he seen us drive in. The day was a very nice and dry day just a little cool. But here he came out with an umbrella with his smile saying " I have this just in case you need it. You don't see very many salesmen that really listen seriously and remember how you shop and he even remembered the colors I don't care for, and how I am not fond of a lot of crome trim. Tony will take the time and make sure you are getting everything you want and respect your time. Tony has stayed as much as two hours after closing while everything was being completed, paperwork and the new car cleanup and cleaning out the old car. All of this and still smiling , thank you Tony Alexander. More
