Overall a good experience. Had to take the vehicle back to fix a repair and they did damage to a panel in the vehicle, but the service rep was kind. Honestly a little surprised there was no added discount or something for damaging the car that has a pretty big hole and ugly until the back ordered part can be acquired. I’m in customer service and usually you say sorry and add a discount for the created problem and hassle to have someone needing to come back to rectify an issue. Especially when I paid almost $5k for repair work. More

The services advisor was very efficient. I didn’t have to wait too long (around 10 min) before he sat me down for my appointment.
