Honestly a little surprised there was no added discount or something for damaging the car that has a pretty big hole and ugly until the back ordered part can be acquired. I’m in customer service and usually you say sorry and add a discount for the created problem and hassle to have someone needing to come back to rectify an issue. Especially when I paid almost $5k for repair work. More
